Who Am I Now?
Loss reshapes us. It changes the way we see the world, our relationships, and even ourselves. There comes a point when we look in the mirror and realize we are not the same person we once were. This is not a loss of identity, but a transformation.
“Who am I becoming on the other side of this pain?” Every ending carries the seed of a new becoming.
These reflections are designed to support self-discovery, emotional processing, and healing through seasons of grief, transition, and growth.
What No Longer Fits
As we change, some things naturally fall away — habits, roles, relationships, or beliefs that no longer serve the person we are becoming. Releasing them can feel like another layer of grief, but it also creates space for what is true and life-giving.
“What no longer fits me in this new chapter?” Letting go is part of making room for your evolving self.
These reflections are designed to support self-discovery, emotional processing, and healing through seasons of grief, transition, and growth.
